Contract Role Overview:
Deliver superior performance on the Jagermeister brand, exceeding industry trends, delivering on annual budgets and competitive performance. Support the Senior Brand Manager with specific duties outlined below and effectively communicate with Provincial Managers and the PMA sales team. Support in the preparation of brand plans, demand planning, performance reporting, management of budgets, gathering of competitive intelligence, opportunity analysis, customer proposals, sales force liaison and handling supply issues where required. The contract role will be thru November 2021.

Expectation of Success
The Marketing Coordinator – Innis & Gunn will be responsible for assisting in all marketing related projects throughout Canada with a focus in program development and execution. This role will also assist with the new product development process for all product line extensions and limited editions. This role will require a high attention to detail, organization and project management skills. Success will be measured on the ability to deliver against key brand priorities and KPIs.

The Brand Manager fosters strong relationships with brand owner Supplier partners, Trade Development, & Sales colleagues to develop the brand vision and objectives for Canada. Collaborating closely with the key internal stakeholders in the development and execution of ATL & BTL budgets and plans, the Brand Manager is responsible for the achievement of brand volume and value targets, outpacing category growth.
Lead the acceleration of volume and value growth of brand portfolio by taking a consumer centric approach to brand management, while supporting the PMA selling organization in the successful delivery of commercial goals.
